The products sold on 2 Silly Sausages “2SS” are handcrafted with love by crafters located in Australia. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail and every endeavour is made to provide you a piece of quality bespoke craft. Please note: due to the handmade nature of products sold on 2SS, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds or offer exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
2SS wants you to love your purchase so should a product be found to be faulty please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Please email 2SS asap with a description of the fault and include a photo if possible. The fault will be referred to the crafter who will contact you direct to resolve the issue.
If a faulty item cannot be resolved you may return the product for a full refund.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and product to be returned to crafter. You will be advised of a return address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed. The original price of the item(s) (less shipping) will be credited back to your original form of payment.
